I don't think women becoming a sort of eunuch comes from penis envy. By that I mean they aren't looking at dudes cutting off their balls and saying that they want the same power.
I think it's a social contagion. A meme. Feminism is part of that contagion. I'm really saying, bullying should be allowed to help supress it. That is the biological function of the bully in the group.
Eunuchs weaken the pack.
