Forced treatment doesn't work, and I am particularly disappointed to see that none of the governments proposing "forced treatment" schemes are talking actively about how to deal with the organized criminal enterprises who are creating and selling toxic supply on the streets.
This is a national crisis, and the governments are ignoring the root problems.
