I really wish there were a good way to explain to people that I’m not going to disconnect what I know about you as a person and your values from the fact that i know that you openly drive a car whose brand is 1000%, irrevocably tied to a man who is openly attacking trans folks in tangible ways, destroying the federal government in a Bad Way, and who is enough of a card carrying Nazi to throw a vigorous salute without any actual consequence and accountability.

Cars are big purchases, I get it. You need a car and these things take time, sure. I get the practicalities. So when are you gonna fix it? Cause if you don’t, I literally do not care how much noise you make about how much of an ally or “resister” you’re making yourself out to be. I’m going to write you off as far as being in any way supportive of my existential/survival/justice needs. You can’t even stop fucking driving a car that isn’t even that good wtf.

And if you’re enthusiastic about still having the damn thing? You may as well paint a big fucking swastika and some SS thunderbolts on that fucker. 🚮🚮🚮
