The tower was big, it's antennas were vast,
but the vandals were nimble, effortlessly fast.
They slunk through the fence and over the wire,
all for the sake of the birds they admire.

They pushed a button and heard a low SLAP,
and when the dust settled, the tower was scrap.
All that remained was some twisted debris,
soon hauled away to make room for more trees.
