Whoa. Just had a near miss with a #BCFerry whose captain showed a total disregard for the international Rules of the Road and cut in front of our flotilla at 23 kts. We were clearly the Stand On vessels in this encounter, yet he forced us to stop and even alter course to avoid a collision without so much as a whisper on the radio. I called #BCFerries to complain while the Flotilla leader went right to the #CoastGuard at Victoria Traffic. #boating
