for years I’ve had an idea in the back of my mind about a sort of “everything rating” system where people can rate (and submit) Whatever and be given recommendations based on what they’ve rated, and of course music would be a big part of that.

And it should allow for people to post links to Wherever, so like, musicians on Bandcamp can keep using Bandcamp, for example.

Or at least having playlists with flow and topicality or something, rather than a pure global shuffle play.
