Now in the new multipolar world we find ourselves in, smaller or badly run economies can choose and many are and will continue to choose Chinese loans, if the West continues to try to override countries policies with IMF loans. A country looking for a loan now have a choice between stronger currency in usd but overwhelming ridiculous demands or less bullshit demands and weaker currency like rmb or ruble from Russia.
