i watched this weekend as people who i have veiwed as competent, get sucked into a long, disingenuous argument about bluesky, and all it took to keep them engaged was for one person to use Saul Alinsky style denials followed by a passive agressive emoji, after each of their reasonably laid out arguments.
All the disingenous emoji boy needed to get away with it was some level of percieved 'bitcoin infloooencer', and all of them seemed completely powerless to tell the guy directly, that he was full of crap.
very interesting spectacle and learning experience.
