The best, and arguably the only time to 'educate' people about Bitcoin is when the markets are tanking or have tanked.

Any time else and you're potentially creating an anti-Bitcoiner. They'll get sucked in with fomo and call it a scam as they sell for a substantial loss. Most can't handle drawdown.
