Well 2018 explains some of the numbers, like rent, although I think it’s still a bit low given where one would need to live to make $100K back in 2018. Remote work was less common. I was doing it but it wasn’t normal back then. I also don’t see anything about education debt, which would be common to make that kind of money that early in life. I guess they are assuming he got a free ride or the parents paid for it.
I’m sure it’s possible that those numbers held up back then but this would be an outlier on many levels.
