I would have bet at the beginning that I couldn't do it. The class was taught on big manual typewriters that took a lot of pressure to type on. Every so often I check my speed and accuracy and it's still quite high, though all this typing has taken a physical toll especially since I do tend to type hard. The accuracy of course is less important now since over the decades I got *really* good at typing ^H or delete without skipping a beat. But it's all still a bit creepy because if I'm asked where a particular letter is I sometimes can't answer unless I actually think about how I would type it, if you know what I mean.
