Its hard not to sympathise with Andrew Malkinson's call for the Criminal Cases Review Commission to be wound up (and presumably replaced with a different method of reviewing cases).... but the Q. is: would another organisation be any better, or cn the current CCRC be reformed (or re-staffed) to avoid the problem presented by Malkinson's case?

Not an easy Q. but one that needs to be resolved!
