Crowd-Idea: A NOSTR-based app to crowdsource specific #bitcoin teaching ideas 💡
Anyone can start a bounty for a particular teaching idea. Includes audience demographic, specific bitcoin topic or FUD concern. They need to put up a predefined bounty. (e.g. teach a 7-year old the difference between PoS and PoW.) See tweet below
Anyone can contribute to the bounty.
Anyone can submit a teaching idea.
Anyone can vote on a teaching idea.
Round 1:
Submissions
1. Open to public with deadline.
2. Voting after submissions with deadline.
3. Voting method: "satvotes": open-public reviewers can zap any idea sats.
4. Top 10 winners announced
5. Round 1 sats distribution: 50% of sats distributed to winning submissions proportionate to their satvotes.
10% fee to the app. 40% of sats ride to round 2.
Round 2: Playoffs.
1. Closed- Round 1 winners only (top 10) allowed to modify their submissions, but must keep it constrained to their original idea, with submission deadline.
2. Vote same satsvotes method.
3. Top 3 winners announced.
4. Round 2 sats distribution: Pot is Round 1 40% + 90% of round 2 sats, distributed, proportionate to round 2 satsvotes. 10% to the app.
Or... you could constrain voters to a certain number of sats total to vote to eliminate "buying the win". E.g 5k sats per NPUB. Half for round 1 half for round 2.
