US has more than 70%. Captured also means the BTC devs, that they already censor transacrions on miner level and also in shops, for services etc. Soon they will introducd KYC for everything. You will need a license to run an LN node, mont etc.
They watch every transaction, they have to. They don't invest billions of USD in an asset which they don't can controll.
