I sometimes wonder how we ended up in a world where we put lead(!) & cadmium(!) in chocolate, where it then takes a non-profit to carefully measure, report, and publish the results because, y'know, calling on government to do such things would be "anti-capitalist" or, worse, "political," and where then a decade later we still get headlines asking whether putting lead(!) & cadmium(!) in chocolate is bad for you.
