Oh yes, the ratios:
* 85% Pilsner Malt
* 4% Special W Malt
* 1% Carafa 2 Special Malt
* 10% Dark rock candy sugar (added at the boil)
I'm going easy on the specialty malts for a while now and I think it really makes my beers better, so 5% is what I feel comfortable with for a Dubbel. The rock candy sugar will also add plenty of character, so no need to go overboard here. This should result in a nice and dry beer in the end.
Also taping the recipe to the cupboard is super convenient.
