Normally when someone’s abusive towards me on social media I just block them immediately, but today someone managed to do it in the exact same way that one of the people who bullied me long term did it and I immediately found myself going into damage management mode to try to calm them rather than blocking them. It’s really shaken me up. Made me feel like I was physically under attack.
