Sycamore is still up for debate. Seems more like a claim. I haven’t seen much definitive proof either way. Not sure on this one.

Centralization of measurement and deterministic time keeping through classical computers or unitary operators add implicit bias into the probabilistic system; decoherence.

Maybe I am missing something, but it is not logical that the qubits could remain coherent and logical for computation in a centralized structure.
