I was about to argue with someone who said that "a successful day" is one when they don't use the glasses they have and instead "squint and hold stuff up", but then I thought better of it.

But I *will* point out here that *that* is the definition of toxicity. There's nothing wrong with using glasses and going out of your way to avoid it is just perpetuating the idea that using augmentations to improve quality of life is a sign of weakness: fuck that idea.
