I've been in virtual communities for > 30 years. What I've found out is that only a benevolent dictatorship works, anything else is too much hassle and drama.
I'd like to call for a "timeout" on the future of NAS. Emotions are running high and I would hate to see destruction due to a quick decision. A fortnight at least.
