The sun heals your skin. Lack of sun destroys it. The exact opposite of what we're told is true.
If you sunburn easily, it's likely because your diet is fucked. Cut out all processed foods/seed oils, and eat more fatty meat. Your body NEEDS FAT to build strong cell membranes in your skin, and everywhere else in your body. This is why vegans are pasty white, struggle to maintain healthy bodyweight, have far higher rates of depression/mental illness, and sunburn the second they walk out of Veggie Grill. Their body is not getting the nutrients it needs.
I used to sunburn after 20mins in the weak Seattle sun. Now I can lay in the Colombian sun like a starfish for hours, and it just turns to instant tan. (Not to mention the laundry list of other physical/mental wellness benefits)
The only change I made was cutting seed oils and eating a shitload of ribeye steak + ground beef (highest fat % possible), as our species has been designed to for millions of years.
Turn off the vegan malnourishment cult propaganda. Eat more meat. Your body will thank you. 🥩☀️💙
