For a long time I thought my slow recovery was because of the ME/CFS - I'd been told it takes 4 times longer to recover from any illness, and recovery time from COVID was an unknown, and work pressured me back too soon, so I wasn't surprised that my ME/CFS symptoms continued to be high long after, but I'm now pretty sure I have Long COVID too.\n\nWhat do you want to know?",
