All true. Masto needs a better on-ramp, better search, & friendly helpers within the system to assist people. It also needs better representation & more voices than "white guy". Note: I am a white male, aware that I was born into playing the "game of life" in 'easy mode', and because of that, I try to empathetically help folks.
