You get this by respecting users' consent, time, and attention span.
You don't get there by selling ads.
You don't accomplish these goals by making a fuckton of money on speculative investment in a digital asset, like cryptocurrency.
That is not to say that funny money cannot ever possibly be used as a tool for liberation. When sex workers are unbanked, you need something that functions like digital cash to transact over the Internet. But your solution to real issues must not be reducible to blockchain bullshit. Cryptocurrency companies do not have your back; their need for profit comes first.
Problem: people doing the work needed to fight enshittification do not have an advertising or marketing budget. It falls on the rest of us to help where we can.
