#Comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS) earlier tonight. I waited until twilight was nearly over and then subtracted the moonlight/skyglow background to get something closer to what it would look like against a dark sky.
As a bonus, the globular star cluster Messier 5 is visible midway down the length of the tail just to the right of the star 5 Serpentis (V=+5.1). Tomorrow night the nucleus of the comet will be very close to the cluster.
