Oh yeah they 100% will. At uni we had zero tv signal and they'd still come at least every month to ask why we weren't paying for a license. I told at least 3 of the cunts that we don't get signal, that none of us in the student dorms do. I got pretty pissed off with it (I was always hungover and it always in the mornings) so I just asked them for ID, then said it looked fake and slammed the door in their faces.
