Planning to start the boys on a weightlifting routine (age 12 and 16) - the younger one just to start learning movements and techniques, the older to build strength.
Anyone have recommendations for a solid "beginners" plan - I realized my own thoughts are disorganized and rather than try to reinvent the wheel I was looking for some help.
