It doesn't matter if people are cashing out of there are more buyers.
If there is a big dump it moves to more people that understand what Bitcoin actually is. Happens every cycle.
Also, whoever is "cashing out" will almost never sell their entire stack. Especially if they're large holders. They will take profit and rebalance.
