Did some more research with help from Perpexlity AI (which gives sources) and #nicotine. Of course, the AI has to add multiple disclaimers on how harmful and addictive nicotine is in every answer.
It seems that nicotine pouches or white "snus" - as called in Sweden, has less harmful additives compared to the chewing gum (!). Especially the one called "dry".
