Jeffrey Toobin suggests that there should be political consequences for Trump’s calls for violence. I want there to be legal consequences. I know it is slippery slope but I think #SCOTUS’s current First Amendment standard of “imminent lawless action” allows too much dangerous rhetoric with real consequences to go unaddressed.
