I hope Nintendo's lawfare campaign comes back to bite them someday. I've personally lost interest in their games over the last couple of generations, but even if that wasn't the case, I wouldn't feel particularly good about supporting a company that consistently abuses their status in the industry to crush preservation efforts, fan projects and any attempt to iterate on the ideas the talented people who worked for them put out into the world.
