So, my beloved old dog passed away last year. Right around the same time, this busted old alley cat kept showing up in the yard, filthy and skinny and covered in sores. I finally coaxed him close to me enough to get him to the vet for a checkup and neutering. He's the grey-and-white guy, Victor the Vagabond, El Rey del Vecino. Then this second alley cat started showing up at the door, a real venerable old man, who got badly wounded and parked himself in the garage. That's the tabby.
