Currently have banana bread made with banana flour (gluten free) in the oven. It certainly smells good, though we all know that's only part of the battle with gluten free baking. Dairy free but not vegan since I opted to just use an egg (I have to break out the aqua faba/marshmallow root for gluten free cookies tomorrow so I'll do vegan then).
