And all three of the political leaders have no idea other than tossing even more taxdollars into the bottomless pit. The problem is systemic, which every bloody Canuck should know after learning about indigenous treatment, so no mountain of money will fix it. Only systemic revisions will force some justice into the gratuitiously unjust system. Look for the power (colonialism) profit (endless cases and unaffordable lawyers = endless profits) motives.
