Called off gym until tomorrow and tried a run... which was... well I'm glad I got out.
There's clearly still *something* going on with me, I'm weak and too soon out of breath. But at least I'm well enough to give it a go and I still reckon I'll be able to do weights tomorrow, albeit not at the usual, um, weight.
Imagine a body that just works. Couldn't be me.
