The actual process of applying for #trademark registration in the U.S. is pretty straightforward. What I usually spend most of my time on is making sure my clients understand exactly what they’re “getting” when they file an application, because that conversation often leads to a more fulsome* understanding of what the client is actually trying to achieve.
