Ok, weird amazon alexa question. ever since I set my amazon device up with my new Internet, it isn't recognizing voice profiles and it's lost the saved timers that were in it. pulling its plug and plugging it back in hasn't worked to restore the timers or voice profile recognission, putting into and taking it out of setup mode hasn't fixed the issue, and according to all the settings in my alexa app, it should still be working the way I want it to, but it's not. I've gone into device settings and home settings in the app, and still no go. It's like the new Internet is causing it to disregard and forget everything I had set previously. How can I get things to work the way I had them working before? For example, I had a timer specifically set up as a tea timer, for the steeping of tea, and it used to remember exactly how much time was on the timer. Now though, it asks how much time for every tea timer when it didn't do that before. It's also no longer addressing me by name. I had no idea Amazon devices got Can't remember shit disorder simply because you changed Internet providers.
