A coworker of mine from a few jobs back had a story about being at a restaurant in LA and getting super annoyed at a guy at a nearby table. My coworker told him to keep his voice down and the guy shot back “DON’T YOU KNOW WHO I AM?” My coworker had no idea, just said no, and the guy got REALLY pissed. Apparently it turned out this guy was Andy Dick, who my coworker had never heard of. Lucky. I wish I’d never heard of him.
