Had no idea how pricey that gets. Alex (npub1s4v…47eq) has put a lot into her house former church. We have been moving things over on some of the hottest days and while we may be sweaty, the inside of that place is cool in the 70s. The basement is mostly below ground, roof is metal and top attic area was given additional insulation by the contractor. Thankful we don't have to get quotes like that! Wow. Plenty else was spent on septic etc..
