Like I said I just noticed this mushroom only seems to come from greenhouse grown plants, and when you see it in the top soil it's normally with a tree that root rot. I don't know much about it otherwise. This tree should be fine as it's not citrus, and hopefully it's just the bark in the soil decomposing.
