That's the only position I've tried it in so far. When you've got an actual person with hips back there, you're getting jostled quite a bit, and it's difficult to keep from gagging on the guy in your mouth. Although the occasional gagging is hot, so long as it doesn't lead to puking.
You might try it laying on your side, propping yourself up with a pillow or two so you can get at him with your mouth. That way, the one behind you isn't forcing your mouth onto the other guy and messing with your rhythm.
Or, perhaps laying flat on your stomach, with him standing at the edge of the bed? Or maybe laying on your back, with your head tipped over the edge of the bed. I enjoy that one when I'm feeling particularly subby. 😈
