Based on a few recent experiences with complicated medical conditions it seems to me that Doctors today have to juggle too many patients, which negatively impacts their ability to provide quality/coherent care. Maybe this is just get-off-my-lawnism, and feeling burnt out by a series of health issues family members have dealt with, but I want to blame Computers + Capitalism for this, not actual care givers who are doing the best they can.
