I do I do, my friend, thank you much. Mexico City actuality could be particularly curious as it started grow (going under) by the 1950's; the arrived inhabitants were old dwellers of the country side from all around the Lake. So this generation of Chilangos (Mexico City +2 generations dwellers) often have relatives out of the city and have a life more or less semi city and semi ranch; however indeed that seems is going to change in the next couple generations, as the city keeps taking new inhabitants and no renovation to the services has been done since their inauguration. Agreed it could be a risky game to be Chilango, but more or less people still likes to buy commodities to feel they climbing the ladder the best.

Anyway, prolly a couple more diplomas I would be needing out of here y hasta la vista 🫡
