If the flats are big, it's the rich who are likely to live there -- and we don't want those here either. If the rental flats are to be built, they are going to be only for sleeping[1], which we don't want. And if they are going to be for sale, they will become investment properties that will remain empty. But also the people living there are going to take up parking, kindergarten capacity and intensify already bad traffic.

[1] nocleharna is like a funny word which can describe a homeless shelter, but also deregatory a place that only serves for literally sleeping, large residential estates or suburbs are described like that, there's nothing going on, people just come back there, sleep until the morning and then leave for elsewhere, i am not sure if there's a good english term for it
