That's good info. I make my own sauerkraut and kimchi, but I don't can it. I probably should.
I found out you have to buy the napa cabbage from a chinee "we no dog meat here" grocery because the ones from American stores are often irradiated and won't ferment.
So are you going to add the supplements back in or just take a break from them for a while?
