When I hear low heart rate I think thyroid but likely only because I had hyperthyroidism (a speeding heart rate) and presumably you’ve been tested many times because that’s usually one of the first things they test with fainting. I’d pass out for exactly the opposite reason as you. Bodies are dumb.
