I've uploaded onto Apple Books and Google Play. Apple was a real pain, since it was via iTunes Connect — a reminder of how much cruft has accumulated in the iTunes system over the years. I ended up having to use an old iTunes account. Amazon was also a painful experience in parts. These big tech companies have such dusty, sneeze-inducing systems.
