Isn't it interesting that the founding fathers broke free from England because of their over reach and tyranny, and made sure to create the first and second amendments, so as to NOT fall for the same trap.
The first, so I can say what I want without being called a criminal.
The second, so that if the government goes tyrannical and calls me a criminal because of what I said, I can defend myself.
England is currently going tyrannical, but the US isn't far behind as they have already put laws in place saying that criminals can't have weapons, and they're trying to limit it even more, as well as they're trying to censor free speech.
I'm very thankful that the founding fathers put those amendments in first and second place, and not way down the line, as they truly are the foundation of a free society.
