My friend ordered a Click Aristocrat from clickpens.in, but due to technical malfunction the order wasn't showing up on the website, so she ordered it again. Later, she found that the pen had been ordered twice, and there's no option to cancel the order. She contacted the customer service and the response was amazing. The money was refunded to her same day from the account of Click's head. 😲
