Happy #SofaSunday! My day is getting off to a slow start, there is nothing pressing.
We head up to NJ Tuesday morning, so I'll make my mom's favorite peanut butter cookies this afternoon. Not a lot of packing to do as it's a short trip. Whatever easy prep I don't do today will be on tomorrow's list.
Sloppy Joes are the planned dinner, and I can be simmering that while I bake. There will be plenty of time for relaxing, which is a requirement for Sundays. 😉
